We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel facilities were great, providing us with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The parking on site was convenient and hassle-free, allowing us to easily explore the city. The hotel's location just outside the centre of the city was perfect, as it provided a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle, while still being easily accessible to all the tourist attractions.

Convenient location near the old city walls and chateau. Rooms cleaned daily, staff courteous, and facilities satisfactory. Supermarket within walking distance. Great for travelers on a budget or with a car.

The hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of town, close to downtown but not right in the middle. The industrial area of Carcassonne is where it's situated. The room features a comfortable bed and a parking place. Despite being in need of renovation, the hotel offers a quiet atmosphere at night when the windows are closed.
The hotel room was old and in need of renovation, with loud and outdated air conditioning.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. the staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Secondly, the rooms, though simple, were spotlessly clean and had all the basic amenities we needed. The double and single bed in our room was perfect for our group, and we loved having a small terrace out the back to relax on. Finally, the breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options including some tasty local jams.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic.
